II International Conference on Applications of Optics and Photonics

The II International Conference on Applications in Optics and Photonics, AOP2014, is a triennial conference organized by the Portuguese Society for Research and Development of Optics and Photonics, SPOF, in its aim of promotion of the development of Optics and Photonics, in general and particularly in Portugal. After the successful of the first edition in 2011, the AOP2014 will be held at Aveiro on May 26 to 30, 2014. In an open friendly environment, this forum will be an excellent opportunity to foster the establishment of the widest range of cooperation projects and relationships with colleagues and institutions from all around the world while promoting Optics and Photonics and its impact in the development of our societies. The exhibit area apart from the display of scientific and technical equipment, will host boots of research labs and industries in order to promote and facilitate the setting-up of future new collaborations.
